Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please refer to the return policy below for more information.




All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.




To return an item, please email our customer service at or react us via Facebook messenger to ensure the steps for returning of item is done the right way. Please kindly, place the item securely in its original packaging with the proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 


Order Cancellation


Your purchase will be processed immediately once we receive the confirmation of your order. Under normal circumstances, any completed order will not be allowed to cancel.

For cancellation of order, please contact our customer service within 24hr of purchase via email or Facebook messenger. We will contact you shortly to confirm the order cancellation and help to process it as soon as possible.





Upon receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned item, we will then process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the date of purchase to process your return or exchange.




The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 

 ●     The items and or packaging has been damaged     


For defective or damaged products, please contact us through the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 


Please Note


●     Return shipping will be bearing by either consumer or vendor based on the situation   

●     We will take responsibility in bearing the return shipping fees in the case where we find that the damage was caused by our own neglect.   

●     You may take a clear picture of the damaged item with the packaging and reach us via Facebook messenger or email to our customer service.   

●     We will have to examine the condition of your damaged item before we confirm the quality of your returned of item.   

●     We will not bear responsibilities for any damage done during the process of return shipping, please ensure your items are intact during transit.
